He asked me if I wanted it personalized, and I said, "No, that's okay", so he didn't! I told him my son was also a pitcher, and Bert asked him how old he was. When my son told Bert he was 12, Bert told him he has 2 more years before he can start throwing a curve ball, and if he catches him throwing one sooner, he'll be in big trouble. It was a fun experience, well worth the hour and 15 minute wait.
