Calrton Fisk and Bobby Richardson TTM Returns and a George Brett Purchase

What a nice way to start the week!

Carlton Fisk signed two different Grand Slam prints in only 9 days.

And Bobby Richardson also returned my request in 9 days, signing four cards for my collection, including a 1958 Topps yellow letter variation, a 1961 post, a 1970 Fleer Laughlin and a 1980 Fleer Laughlin already signed by Bobby Shantz.

There was an erroneous post on SCN about Mr. Richardson having passed away.  Luckily it wasn't true.  It will be a very sad day when he does.  Hopefully it's not for a long time.  His signature is pretty amazing for a 90 year old!  (He'll actually be 90 in 8 days from now).  Maybe I'll send a birthday card.  I wonder if they have cards for turning 90?

I also added another Hall of Famer to my 1982 Topps set, and just my second Brett-signed card.  I also have a baseball signed by him.

Today, I sent off a package to a Greg Gagne signing.  I sent another 1991 W.S. poster, and asked it be signed in silver this time.  We'll see which I like better.  I also sent a Sports Illustrated with him on the cover, and a his bobblehead commemorating his Twins Hall of Fame election in 2010.

I sent items to this same signing for Kent Hrbek, Gary Gaetti, Jim Kaat and Jack Morris.  I wanted to send a jersey to have Morris sign, but it hasn't arrived from my eBay purchase yet and I really needed it today in order to have time to forward it on.
