A few days ago someone posted on SCN that there was an Ebay coupon code for $25 off a purchase of $25.01 or more. The code wasn't working for everyone, but it worked for me.
I searched for some 1958 Topps authenticated cards to add to my set, but I was trying to stay as close as I could to the $25.01 and didn't really find one I needed. So, I bought this card instead. I had to pay $6.04 in sales tax and shipping, which is still a pretty nice deal.
After I bought this, I received an Ebay message with the coupon code in it. It was for people who had been with Ebay since "the beginning". As near as we can tell, that meant about 2000 or earlier. I have been an Ebay member since before it was called Ebay. It used to be called "AuctionWeb", and I joined in 1996.
