Dick Hughes signed his 1968 and 1969 Topps.
I also had an RTS from Cloyd Boyer, who has apparently moved and the forwarding time has expired. I sent it again to the address they provided.

I had that same problem with Cloyd two days ago. We will see what the Webb City address gets us.
