Joe Torre Mail-In Signing Return

I spent way too much on these cards, but I would have kicked myself if for some reason, I was never able to get them signed.  Joe Torre is about 85 years old now.

The first card I sent was a 1964 Topps Stand Up, which I had authenticated by Beckett at the signing.  This makes 31 signed cards from this 77-card set, but I have three dupes, so just 28 different cards signed.

The only remaining card that I may be able to get signed, instead of buying, is Carl Yastrzemski.  I missed out on an auction on eBay for a sub-$100 card, which is tough to find in reasonable condition.  I'll keep looking though.

The other card I got signed was a 1972 Topps N.L. Batting Leaders card already signed by Ralph Garr and Glenn Beckert.  I have a few versions of this card, signed by one, two, and now three of the players.  Completing this card got complicated when Beckert passed away in 2020, and Joe Torre quit signing ttm in about 2019 and before that, he often took about 18 months to get a response.

I actually bought this card signed by Beckert, then sent it to Garr ttm, and then had it finished by Torre at this signing.

Purchased this signed by Beckert - January 3, 2025.

Received it back from Ralph Garr ttm on March 25, 2025.

Finished by Joe Torre at mail-in signing on May 8, 2025.

I hope to send out a lot of requests this week.  My work is a little slow and my wife works a lot, which translates into me staying up too late and either impulse buying autographs, cards and bobbleheads or sending out ttm requests.  I hope to avoid spending too much money by sending out requests.  I already have a lot of cards ready to go.  Some of the requests will require fees, but I'll try to minimize that too.
