Kubek and Mazeroski

I received two nice ttm returns today.

Tony Kubek signed his 1962 Topps action card.  His signature is getting shaky, as I noted last time, but I really wanted to have this card signed.

And Bill Mazeroski signed an oddball card for me: a 1966 East Hills Shopping Center card.  I'm not very familiar with this set, but it looks nice signed.

I bought a small lot of cards from that East Hills set when I was at a summer program in 1983. The lot had two Mazeroskis, so I traded one to a friend with the promise that he'd mail me something in return when he got home. Took him a few months--I remember this mostly because he sent a note with it saying I must have thought the trade would end up being "Mazeroski for nobody"--but he did come though.

Oh wow, I wish I had known that before I sent my request. I would have let him be for a while. Thanks for letting me know.
