Steve Blass signed a couple Pirates team cards and a 1972 Topps commemorating the 1971 World Series game 7. I believe his inscription on that card is "Joy!".
He doesn't normally charge, but I have sent to him a few times and felt bad sending again. He thanked me and answered a question in my letter as well.
I sent Rich Reese four Twins team cards and his 1971 Topps Buy Back card along with $20 and a blue Staedtler. He returned my $20, but signed all my cards nicely.
